David's proposal, She said Yes! Florida couple came to New Orleans and David set this whole thing up to ask her in marriage. I video taped the proposal and the cartoonist drew a picture of him proposing to her. when she saw the cartoon, David dropped to one knee and asked. We told her we were shooting some footage for a small documentary about French Quarter Artists
