every one of all ages would like this kind of music if they really listened to it. I'm 13 and i love these songs, because my dad always plays this kind of music, but people think its weird.

@kiltor2 I agree. He was who he said he was. He claimed to be like god. He lived it out in his life. He loved, he healed, he helped. He died for you and me. What more can a man do, to lay down his life for his friends?

@mallymonkey Me too. Can not listen to his last songs without tears. I think his life speaks to us all. He went from everydayman to stardom, to the pit. From the pit saw god's grace, love, mercy. We all hope for love and redemption. I know I do. That is why I listen and reflect on John's life and music.

@SuperNade88 I relate to his humanity. To his brokeness. Which I totally can relate to. Without grace I would have no hope.

Checked out Midnight Choir version, not as good as Johnny Cash though.

the greatest attribute to JC was how he was humble enough to share his struggles, pain, and music... it gives us all something to relate to. You don't see artist like that these days. he was one of a kind.
