UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar's illness is serious enough that UFC president Dana White said his career is in jeopardy. "There's a possibility Lesnar will never fight again," White didn't provide specifics regarding his illness, but did say that he does not have cancer or HIV.
UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar is still sick, weeks after withdrawing from his title defense match.
UFC president Dana White confirmed to The Associated Press on Sunday that Lesnar is in "rough shape." A report on Canadian sports network TSN's Web site says Lesnar collapsed in Canada.
White says he can't divulge details about what's wrong with the 32-year-old native of South Dakota, who wrestled for the University of Minnesota. But White says Lesnar illness is serious and that he'll be out for a while.
Lesnar announced in October he was withdrawing from his upcoming title defense match due to an unspecified illness. That match, originally scheduled for Nov. 21, was pushed back to January. But TSN reports the fight has been postponed again.
