Women in Islam 19 - Interview with Muslim Sisters - Part 3

Aired April 24, 2008.
This episode featured interviews with Muslim ladies about their experience and the challenges they face living in non~Muslim society and asserting themselves as hijabis and Muslimahs. One of them being married to a former Catholic priest and the other is still a college student whose father is an Imam in their community.

Women in Islam is a Filipino-English Language radio broadcast on DWDD 1134Khz in Manila, Philippines every Thursday from 8pm - 9pm. The program deals with Islamic issues concerning Muslim and non-Muslim women. It is a first of its kind Islamic program by women for women who seek to bring a balanced understanding of Islam and features live interviews from women who have embraced Islam.
