@Seudin2 No, he's the tenth, counting from the first emperor Shunzin of Qing Dynasty - it's when they changed their capital from Mukden to Beijing ( Forbidden City). First, they were called Houjin Dynasty with 2 emperors. So Pu Yi is the tenth of Qing Dynasty , it's not wrong
