This is a low-res sample from a DVD Product available from http://www.arn.org. Phillip Johnson became a skeptic of Darwinism after reading Richard Dawkins' book, The Blind Watchmaker. Having discovered the blinding effects of materialism, Professor Johnson came to the conclusion that neo-Darwinian theory was an outgrowth, not so much of empirical data, but of philosophical presuppositions. He concludes that The Blind Watchmaker is more akin to an evangelistic tract for atheism than a book on empirical science.

In this illuminating lecture, Professor Johnson summarizes the major conflicts between neo-Darwinian theory and natural science including the Cambrian explosion and the existence of biomolecular systems of irreducible complexity. In closing, he cites Richard Feynmann who advies scientists to report all relevant data including details that might throw doubts into their theory.
