Hangar 9 J3 Cub first time on Water.MOV

Here's my H9 J3 Cub w/ Saito 60T making it's first flight with floats.

At the farm where we fly, we have a really small pond, and have always dreamed of flying with floats off of it. Although I've owned other Cubs, this is the first one I've put on floats, and I was a little nervous about flying from water, so I let my friend have the honors while I video taped the event. He had some previous water experience with a small Cessna of his. We had a few close calls, but we did pretty good. Nobody filmed my flight, but I managed to get in a take off and landing also. It was a memorable day!
