i felt so bad for the first woman who spoke, she's really the center reason why we need this passed

The best testimony there was the last guy who said, "do you want to write this legislature, or do you want it written for you by out of state sources.?"

Effective because he's 100% right on that, and I almost hope they shoot it down, cause I guarantee the out of state sources will have a much better law written up then they will be willing to push through. Polls show that Massachusetts voters are clearly in favor of medical marijuana. I'm not convinced a bill for legalization would fail.
