MPC The Who's Tommy Pt. 5 1988 Underture

And now - the big dance number - "Underture". (By the way, Dan, the lighting is really great!) I never ran around this much when I was a kid! How did they do this night after night? Even more mysterious is how Vince Salazar didn't lose any weight after the performances! I'm just thankful the band wasn't required to wear the spandex - me in spandex is a sight reserved for those of us that end up in Hell! I'll be your waiter as you sit in Hell's Nightclub watching videos of cute babies in knitted caps posted on Youtube - if you didn't know you were in Hell, you would be sure of it after you see me standing there. Anyway, Connie Gramiere did a lovely job as usual with the costumes. Note to those of you in shape: play the entire performance while running around the house non stop, singing at the top of your lungs, in tune - then take your pulse... If you're not in shape, just sit back and enjoy!
p.s. Who is spinning like a hurricane far left @ 2:05? Is that Jay? 7:20 is a dance highlight in the piece, as is 8:00.
