All the back ups were him if you were talking about vocals... if you're talking about the people goofing around on stage with him, he doesn't even use them when touring. And they'd cost too much money and look too cheesy anyway.

Also, those "backup people" aren't singing. The backing vocals here are prerecorded by AL. Go to one of his REAL live shows to see a better performance.

It's out of sync because the camera is recording a screen, which is behind in real life. While the audio is the real audio.

That's what I'm talking about, it'd be nice to see one with good quality while also showing the real thing, up close.

Or they always could have adjusted the audio to be in sync with the video. =\

I understand that this was shot at the concert, I mean actually pointed at the PEOPLE not the screen. Close enough to not have the sound out of sync.

That is damn good. Those backup singers are pros.
