Very good video, Interesting method to deliver a lot of information.

Excellent and concise video from begining to end but poor audio rendition by the lady. Could be said she was talking to herself and not an international audience

question... how do you know wich primers to use? you use the 13 CODIS markers?
I need to know wich dna codes are the ones where you can see if someone is a male or female, what her hair/eye color is and the bloodgroup.
Where do you think I can find that stuf?/what do i have to search for?
this vid was btw pretty good xD 5 stars ^^

We use a standard kit (profiler plus) from ABI, so yes, the 13 CODIS markers. Male or female is determined through the 'Amel' primers. (X for female, X and Y for male). The biometrics you mention are not related to the STR primers that are analyzed through the profiler plus primers. There are some good review articles by John Butler, one of the co-inventors of the technique (try googling DNA profiling and John Butler and review).
