Just me Training at mp3's . So i hope you enjoy.
How i train:
I corkscrew as i go up ladders so i dont waste time charging again. I double uppercut single monsters and backspin on a variety of mobs.

uh I'm a lvl 61 dawn warrior (such a joke, KOC sucks DX) and I got 99% in 3 hours there w/out 2x exp at level 60.
so since youre an aran I'd cut that in half

alright so in about an hr of training in mp3 with outttt 2xp how much % shud i get
imma lvl 60 aran :)

uhmmm... i dunt rly think so since wind archers really dont have have mob skills, i wuld suggest voodoos/ hoodoos or lmpq
