My first live video of myself. Wanted to do a special thank you to Hilde Myran. A beautiful singer that has given me and everyone the most beautiful music over the years. She has lifted thousands of hearts and is very precious. I tell her that she is beautiful all the time and it always comes from my heart...

I Finally perfected a roast that I have been working on for the past 3 years. It melts on your mouth and has the most delicious flavor. Going to share you the recipe because I appreciate you all and want to give back. I dont sing but I can cook like crazy..
