I made this steak for a co-worker at a summer camp, who had eaten almost nothing but pasta and processed food all summer. I had no cognac, so I substituded whiskey. He cried when he ate it. Said it was the best food he'd ever eaten.

@TheHortond I go to Costco and I pay about $50-$80 for a PISMO, and it looks just like what he showed it to be when he went to the megamart. Just one lasts me two weeks or so.
