Lovely :) This was the first piece of Scriabin's that I learnt; since then, I have loved nearly everything that he wrote. Unfortunately there aren't enough recordings of this piece as compared to, say, the Etudes or the Preludes. I wish I could hear Horowitz or Sofronitsky's interpretations...

Simple, and yet so beautiful...

@NOSEhow2LIV Can you please explain how this isn't the true Scriabin?
-
@MagicSkryabin Thank you for the clarification.

@MagicSkryabin i mean wasnt he just a boy when he wrote this ?

@gymgymgymgym Huh ? Are you talkin about Scriabin ? He was a male of course ..
The girl of the video was the first girl he loved when he was a teenager. And this piece was dedicated to her.

@MagicSkryabin Every bit of him was the true him. Do you really expect to pin down his earlier works as inferior simply on the basis that they are based upon different music theory?
Ahhh 14 years old !

If you expect that i pin down his earlier work, why did i post early works mainly ?
I love all of his pieces, don't make me wrong please ...
I love his evolution, but i prefer the last period, that's only my opinion ... In my opinion, the most interesting music belongs to his last period.
But i love first sonata, second sonata, etudes and more. I played some of those pieces.
Logically, if i tried to play some, that means i love them. You are the only one thinking i consider it inferior.
