To delete the vendor.XML file you must go here...

My Computer\ C:\ Program Files\ Common Files\ Research In Motion\ AppLoader

Loader.EXE will also be in there

After the loader is done, reset your phone by hitting the following keys at the same time, alt + shift + del

This will simulate a battery pull

Repeat the "Battery pull" again in one hour just to make sure everything will run smooth.

Congrats! You have Blackberry Os6 on your 9700 (Onyx)!


ATTENTION T-MOBILE USERS!!!

You must delete these files before doing anything! If you installed without deleting these files, its fine, your

phone isn't bricked. Its just going to look funny.Skip below if you installed with out deleting the files.

Go into My Computer\ C:\ Program Files\ Common Files\ Research In Motion\ Shared\ Loader Files\

9700M_v6.0.0.344_P6.6.0.50\ Java

In here you must delete these two files.

net_rim_theme_tmobile_BlackBerry6_480x360_b.cod
net_rim_theme_tmobileeu_BlackBerry6_480x360_b.cod


IF YOU INSTALLED BEFORE DELETING THESE FILES

Just go in a delete the above files and run the loader once again. It will take less time to run the loader. After

the loader is done, reset your phone by hitting the following keys at the same time, alt + shift + del
