It was 4am, I wasn't getting any sleep and I had Garry's Mod open, so this atrocity happened. I apologise for the awful camera work. It's born of lethargy, exhaustion and me having never actually done this before or obtained any skill therein.
Music is Street Spirit by Radiohead.
Can't remember the name of the map, but it's by Alex Royce, and it's a damn pretty map, so kudos to that guy, whoever he is.
Please don't criticise this too harshly. I'm hardly well versed in this kind of thing.

The actual video is something like 1200x1024 but I couldn't find a host of proportions epic enough. So, yeah.

It's some kind of city. I can't remember, all I know is what it says in the video description: it's by Alex Royce. I think it's zombie_city or something.

I'm not sure what the map's name is, I think it's zombie_city_night or something; I just found it accidentally on the garrysmod site. It's by a guy called Alex Royce if that helps.
