    Your video is informatively good Doctor, thank you..

    However,the part you say about Epidural Hematomas being "lens" shape could be misleading. Because as you know, lens could be biconvex or biconcave. So,cranial hematomas itself can either be biconvex (Epidural) or concave (Subdural) or even convex in actively bleeding subdural hematomas..
