1st Decathlon Ever Competed in. Didn't train for the 3 weeks before the meet because of injury. Got 5th overall and qualified for region III in Maryland.

Also, PRed in the vault with a vault of 15'7" almost 15'11"!!

  • makes sense, but if you keep thinking about it, it doesn't keep the pole bent as long, and you won't be able to catch the full ride because the pole will be unbending before you're in a position to catch it.

  • lol nice...u could be at where jack whitt is right now if you keep movin up

  • I have a 4.95 metre one (16'1) 165 and 175 but I've recently had a hand injury and havent been able to train but I have gotten on a 16'1" before my injury from 6 lefts.

  • yeah lol never thought of it that way but that does make a lot of sense....have you tried gettin on any bigger poles than that from like 7 steps?
