on these world is so many vegans, and they are ok with health...better than other people....soo plants give all that human needs....that is true....you belive in what you want beacouse i belive i have b12 how much i need....have a nice life!

  • @ineskica100 okay for one if there were bacteria on the plants then you would have to consume an ENORMOUS amount or you would not get adequate amounts of b12. There may be b12 in the things you are speaking of but not in sufficient quantities.

  • @TickleMehNancy

not true....b12 is only vitamin who makes bacteries....no one food on planet dont have that vitamin in the stucture naturally....beacouse it s make only bactreia...like lactobacillius, kefir musrooms...and a lot others bacterial....you can find that vitamin on plants outside where they live....so if you eat plants no cooked you can have it....or simple true is that vegans easly completly use that witamin beacose they have better health...soory for bad english

  • This guy has a constant runny nose. He needs to take care of himself first.

  • @ACEBAKER911 How do you know that they don't have a b12 deficiency? It takes years and years to develop b12 deficiencies so they may not have developed it yet because they spent a lot of their life consuming foods that had b12 before. Don't make generalizations. Fact is, plants don't have b12.

  • Def true about how great of a teacher he is, and I was very relieved that he's not trying to sell anything.

  • Victoria and Valya disagree with Sergei on this topic and they Both do not eat any bugs and have NO b12 deficincy

  • @ACEBAKER911 there is something in the bugs that we don't get from the plants.

David Wolfe eats raw ants. I forget what it is called. It is I think Vit B12. that we need.

  • however i TOTALLY disagree with him on eating bugs directly. He mentions that one of the reasons for eating them is they are very high in Protein.

Which is a total contradiction to all the Raw food teachings out there, including his moms which is greens are very abundant in high quality Protein and amino Acids.

Common Sense , Logic and intelligence tells me that Bugs are DEFINITELY not a normal part of the human diet .

His reasoning on that is flawed

  • Hes an amazing teacher, very sincere and down to earth, and hes NOT trying to Sell anyone anything

i would have liked to attend this if i was in ur area
