DigElog ROCORI Interviews Special Olympics Global Messenger, Danielle Liebl

From the moment we sat down to interview ROCORI High School student, Danielle Liebl, we couldnt help but notice that she never stopped smiling. A Global Messenger for the Special Olympics, Liebl strives to help others feel the same sense of joy, pride, and accomplishment that she has felt participating in the Special Olympics.

As part of her work to help raise funds for the Special Olympics in the ROCORI Area, Liebl and many other volunteers have teamed up with River Oaks Golf Course to host the Second Annual ROCORI Special Olympics Golf Classic. The tournament will take place at on June 13, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. If you are interested in participating in this event, golfers and sponsors are still needed!
