Terry Crupe, Friend and Everyday Hero 1960-2009

One of my heroes, Terry Crupe. This slideshow is a quick look at Terry's life; he left his wheelchair for good July 6, 2009. This slideshow begins with a few slides of him in June 2009, then showing his father, a camping shot of him as an adorable kid, his love of swimming and the outdoors, then jumping to earning his bachelor degree and advanced degree as a quadriplegic, taking care of everyday chores like mowing the grass--from behind his electric wheelchair, his work as a computer whiz, and back to this summer with his mom. The look on her face when she looks at him is absolute, stunning love. One of my all time heroes.
