    For the most part protein is protein, they all work for building lean muscle. So I'll mix and match the brands and flavors that I use so I don't get board drinking the same one over and over again.

    It's also really good to change up the protien types because when you take a certain kind consistantly your body will get used to it. So when he is changing it up his body thinks its diffferent as well wich allows for more results, quicker. The switching of flavors is really smart too.

  • @revengered1 you should switch up the protien you use regularly anyway. its called "protein cycling". it helps your body not to build intolerances to certain supplements."protein is protein"makes sense with food but no one really knows what else goes into those powders.
