It would be so amazing if they got back together, but I doubt it'll happen 'cause he's with Vanessa Paradis and she's the mother of his 2 children. If they didn't have kids it would be more likely for him and Winona to reunite.

They were together and that is done.NOw Johnny found Vanessa and this is for him.Winona and Johnny were full of love and that is over they were kids.But even they weren't so young it wouldn't last because Johnny said to her to split up and after all he have been lookin' for Vanessa all that long.She said it himself.He was so much in love with Winona and it's obvious but he was so young.She was not good for Johnny that's my opinion,she is a shoplifter and has problems.P.S:Johnny=Tweety style lol

I doubt that. Johnny doesn't only share a relationship with Vanessa but he also shares his two beautiful kids whom he loves more than anything in the world.This is much more important than having someone who reads the same books or listens to the same music.
