High fructose corn syrup is banned in Europe. You can find it but it's harder to find. They (europeans) don't have near as many health problems as americans. Think about it...

Nothing like finding out all your brand loyal products are selling you nothing but dog-food when it comes to nutrition.
Wake up people! Buy Organic and look for products with the fewest ingredients.

since cutting on HFCS a few years back I managed to keep my weight under control a lot easier.

@woadancincolours Obviously, it's not in every bread out there. Just avoid the bread that contains it if it really bothers you that much.

@NRen2k5 except for the fact that high fructose corn syrup is in bread too.

i think you meant to say "adverse health effects" instead of "aversive..."

You had me till you started mixing HFCS with Corn Syrup. Different things.

If all you eat is junk and processed foods, then you really have nobody but yourself to blame for your poor health.
Best way to avoid HFCS is to make your own food from grains, veggies, meat and dairy from the grocery store.

not really, actually no where near, HFCS does so many bad things to your body, but yes soy is not as good for you as people say, but like everything it should be fine in moderation :) (at least with soy it's actually possible to take it in moderation)
