No, I don't have any permanent damage to my sinuses! When I was doing it every night, my sense of smell became poor, but it was not a permanent change. Glad you liked the act!

Howie Mandell seriously fucked up his sinuses after years of doing the exact same thing this guy does by putting a condom (or in Howie's case, a surgical glove) over his head and blowing it up using his nose.
