Breakneck is my absolute favorite place to go in the Hudson Valley for a beautiful sunset followed by some nice stargazing.

See, I'm from nearby Fishkill, NY (born and raised) and I'm currently going to school in Florida. I miss home terribly and this video brings warm feelings to my heart and a smile to my face.

This summer sucked for everything. It was always raining. I try and hike breakneck once a year but didn't get around to it this year. The spot you filmed at is the only spot that I know of where you can see a panoramic view from West Point to the Beacon Bridge.....nice video

Breakneck Ridge is such a fun hike. I love the steep part up to the ridge top at the beginning.
