For the foreigners listening, or those with short memories: What Steyn is referring to about Congressman Barney Frank's one and only experience in private sector business is that the honorable congressman was found to be running a gay prostitute ring FROM HIS HOUSE. He claimed he had a roommate and had simply no idea - had never noticed - that literally a prostitute business was being run in his own home. He noted he "works long hours" so, you know, this could happen to anyone LOL.
