A Penny a Push

Pep Rally at public school sets the pace for "Penny a Push" Campaign. Goal is to have at least one automatic door opener in all public schools in Palm Beach County by end of 2009-2010 school year.
Automtic Door Openers are not a law in the USA.
You don't need a permit. You don't need a new door. Openers can be installed on any door, anywhere! Plus you get a rebate!
Why aren't we using them? Because the public just doesn't know how simple this fix is!

E - Quality of Life Foundation, Inc. is a 501c3, non-profit organization based in Palm Beach County. Its mission is to OPEN DOORS for the physically challenged population. In Palm Beach County alone, 26% of the population is physically challenged and face entry barriers on a daily basis. The Foundation addresses accessibility obstacles and provides direct solutions through the installation and maintenance of power automated door openers.
