What a fun trial!!! Rainey was loving the dirt. I'm very proud of my girl. She Qd 6 out of 8 runs (those NQs were totally my fault), no knocked bars and she had a solid down on the table!!!

Day One - Rainey is not usually a sniffy dog when it comes to agility so I was rather surprised that she wanted to sniff on the startline. But once we got moving, everything changed. I was so proud of that down on the table! No puppy push ups, no praying to the agility gods, she just did it! While we did have a spin in JWW, it was a well placed one.

Day Two - I almost went down on this run! I forgot I needed to drive to the end of the chute in order to support that jump. In my hussle mode I slipped in the dirt. Thankfully I stayed upright, Rainey still took the jump and I was able keep moving. JWW was our worst run of the weekend. I got lazy with my handling.

Day Three - I had some carefully planned spins in this STD run. I knew I wasn't going to get where I needed to be, but it worked out fine. JWW was a fun course and I'm so happy I was able to get those front crosses in!

Day Four - Rainey had thought that stopping on the DW was optional so after I pulled her out of the weaves, I decided to make her hold her aframe. I also was able to get a teeny tiny distance from the table (for Rainey this was big!). Still very pleased with this run. We got to run JWW twice. I needed to go first in order to get to the breed ring with Bree (I also didn't want to hold up the 20" scores since it was the end of the day). We ran it as you see here, but then the timer didn't work! I couldn't rerun it at that moment, so we thought that we would get the time off of the video tape. Unfortunately the screen on the Flip is so tiny that it was just easier to rerun. And then when we reran it, the triple was set to 24"! Luckily my old gal still had enough in her to get through that last run successfully.

Overall, it was a great weekend for us.
