Homemade Pizza with some Beastieboys

This was going to be a how to video but I didn't like how it looked. So I'll re-shoot one later. But I'd already shot this video so I made this, yes it's a little odd but hey there is noting wrong with that.

The song is: Beastieboys vs Herbie Hancock vs Inxs vs Acdc - Intergalactic

-Pizza Dough-

1 Packet instant dry yeast
1 1/2 cup lukewarm water

Mix in a large bowl:
3 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
2/3 cup Wheat flour
1 tbsp Corn Meal
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp Suger
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tbsp Powder Cheese

Then mix all but a 3\4 cups of the flour
mixture in with the yeast mixture.
Mix till almost all of the flour is
gone.

Then add:

1/4 cup olive oil

Then mix till flour is gone and
the dough is just a little sticky.

Then put the dough back into the
large bowl with the rest of the
flour mixture in it. Then start
kneading the dough. You will most
likely need more flour while
kneading so keep adding more until
the dough is no longer sticky.

Cover the bowl with a towel for 1 to 2hrs
until the dough rises.
