Guns N' Roses WAS one of the best bands from the 80s and now Axel Rose fucked everything up, I cant believe why he did that he has got slash out, Buckethead out and now he has called the name Alxl and friends WTF

axl ALWAYS wrote about himself and his experiences, his loves, his feuds, his worldview. thats what his lyrics were always about.
so why does that bother you now?
its definitely not defensive- he has lines like "i go on like a broken record for so long", etc where he makes confessional statements.
as for the time it took, it was time out of his life not yours. after so many years, he's teling his story. he has every right to.

its the Axl Rose show from start to finish, and its more self-obsessed than any given episode of the Tyra Banks Show. To wit, the word that recurs the most is I, which is featured in every single song. Its a constant stream of endless finger-pointing and defensive reasoning for everything Axl has ever done over the years, including the amount of time spent recording this monster.
