For those that think that he is a murderer, he snapped. He wasn't in control when he did it Vince and the WWE put him through so much work that he couldn't stand it. Using roids just to become the muscle man that Vince loves. His finisher was a flying headbutt, and most of his moves involved his head. He snapped that's all there is too it.

He was the true best technical wrestler in the world, he killed himself because of the mental disorder, all because off the performing in the WWE and woah, nobody gives a damn about him now?

This is what always happenes, world forgets about those who give their heart and soul, their blood, sweat and tears to it.

WWE may have abandonded him, but, he will forever be my hero, and my favourite wrestler in the world.

RIP Chris Benoit, We'll always miss you.

@EverdarkRaven The definition of a Murderer is someone who kills another on purpose. Though i respect him as anathelte, as I'm sure you do too, dont let your love of "The wrestler" Chris Benoit get in the way of seeing "The Man" Chris Benoit.

He didnt kill his family because he was overworked. the man had dementia, he went crazy. like "the house is alive and the walls are trying to eat me" crazy. it wasnt his fault.

@EverdarkRaven He didn't send the messages, though. On the report during the investigation, they claimed that Chris died a few hours after Daniel's death on Saturday and some of the texts were sent on Sunday morning, which makes it even weirder, coupled with the wiki thing. Look out for a video on the text messages out here in youtube for full coverage. Hopefully the case will be reopened at some point.

@Jakerado55 Actually in US court being drunk isn't an excuse for being not aware, because you made the choice to drink. The only thing I can say is that Benoit chose to do steroids (as far as we know). I think that only affected a little though.

It is weird that the text messages were sent before hand though. I think he had already killed his family when he sent those and realized what he did and couldn't live anymore so killed himself. The wiki thing was weird too.

@everdarkraven, not that you don't state a good point, but regardless of state of mind/intent you are guilty. If you get blacked out drunk, a court of law won't say "oh he didn't realize what he was doing, he's not guilty." I understand blackout drunk and mentally ill are totally different. But saying that he was not a murderer because he was unaware is enough to plead insanity in court, but to commit a murder (which evidence suggests) does make him a murderer.
