Meningitis - Get Your Vaccinations!

Dr. Manny responds to the recent deaths of two students and a guidance counselor in New York due to meningococcal meningitis infection. One student died just a day after falling ill.

If your body has never seen the disease it wont know what to look for, that's why you introduce your body to the disease so it can put up a red flag, so the next time it sees it, it will destroy it before it's too late. That is real life, that's how are bodies work. Granted there are a select FEW (very rare few) that get vaccinations and have complications.

any vaccination can make you get the disease, but most of the time they prevent the disease because now your body knows what to look for and destroy next time it sees the same disease. There is a risk with everything in life, or else life wouldn't be life.
