@blazing149 Mine is still gliding smoothly, the only time it doesn't is when I put too much weight on it, then it stutters. It's great with the Canon 7D and my heavy 24-105 L lens, but I wouldn't go much heavier than that.

Thanks for posting this Video, I was wondering if I should get the 0.5 or the 0.75 version and you answered my question for me, I will get the same as you as I think it will be the perfect size for me as well, do you think now that you have had it for a while that it would ever need anything else to help it glide more smoothly or is it fine as it is ... thanks again Cheers Mark
