yes you can... it's even the most recommended workout for Ballet dancers cause it strengthens the core.

flex your foot. You're probably pointing your toes.

I don't think you get the ballerina body. But you get really nice definition. When I did it regularly, I loved my stomach!

This is a good pilates workout, however its not beginner pilates. This type of leg workout is intermediate or advanced. Beginner legs are done on the floor.
