  • This is a good pilates workout, however its not beginner pilates. This type of leg workout is intermediate or advanced. Beginner legs are done on the floor.

  • yeah I was wondering coz I can't lift my leg that high how do they do it?

  • probably never, lift weights

  • yes you can... it's even the most recommended workout for Ballet dancers cause it strengthens the core.

  • flex your foot. You're probably pointing your toes.

  • I don't think you get the ballerina body. But you get really nice definition. When I did it regularly, I loved my stomach!

  • do you get a 'ballerina' body if you do pilates? I want to be slim not be bulky..
