Good News! Jack Baur is headed to theaters in 2012 -- hear all the latest here on Clevver Movies!

Yo Yo double N Double L here with an update on the 24 Flick from Jack Bauer himself. We have ALL been waiting for news of the TV series turned motion picture, eagerly awaiting a release date, and while we still don't know the day or month Kiefer Sutherland recently revealed the film WILL hit theaters in 2012. The movie was put on hold by the studio after they turned down the script written by State of Play's screenwriter Billy Ray. But it appears things must be on the mend as it will now likely start moving forward again. The plot is said to have the special agent traveling from Eastern Europe to England while facing a crisis of a personal nature that audiences should be able to relate to according to Sutherland.

@englin5 Thanks for the info...hopefully she's not in it, even though I loved her character...she's dead though! I do remember that scene w/ her and Terri Bauer talking to "SOMEONE" and this could be good...one of the unanswered questions us fans have that can be answered!
