As I proceed down Third Street, I will take you through the Wright Dunbar District, Sinclair Community College, and the blight that often happens in a community such as Dayton.
Yeah for those who are graduates of Roosevelt High School, I urge you to get the remaining pictures and videos together. In May 2008, the wrecking ball will eventually come down on the old high school. So therefore, share your memories about the school, either here or other networking sites.
Dayton and many other cities are part of the Rust Belt whereas many manufacturing jobs were the stability of the city.
With a majority of the businesses closing or shipped overseas, we left with the scraps.
This is part two of A Tour of Poor Dayton - Third Street.
Thanks for viewing and post comments at the bottom. If you are interested in more tours you can see them either here or on my new profile http://youtube.com/MrBrianBeach .
FAQ- The reason why I call this a Tour of Poor Dayton is because of the area's declining population, jobs, boarded homes, business closings and economic turmoil in Montgomery, Miami and Greene Counties. And most likely Ohio in general. I have a reason for the title. If you have concerns, send me a message.
So that will put to rest any questions of why I titled the videos!
