She has a very slight accent. You can hear it in her long "e"s. It's almost like she could be relaxing into it, given the context, if that makes any sense. Just an observation based on observing relatives. For example, my grandma has a similarly slight accent, while my dad can force one, and I find it very difficult even to fake it when I'm speaking english, though my spanish pronunciation is good.
