  • John -- Thanks for the demo! Can you juice soaked almonds (adding water as you go) with the Breville?

  • It is not designed or sold to perform that function. I would not recommend it. I would reccomend you blend up your soaked almonds and then use a nut milk bag to extract the liquid.

  • @rawfoods The nut milk bags are such a hassle, especially when doing it for more people! How about the Vert, could that one do it?

  • The breville is not designed to process soaked nuts. The Omega VRT juicer CAN process soaked nuts into nut milk . That being said, you may want to consider the Soyabella which is a dedicated nut milk maker if you make lots of nut milks. Its alot easier to clean than the VRT.

  • Is it okay to eat the pulp? For Fiber! :p

  • Yes, you can eat the pulp for fiber.

  • SOLD!!! This is one of the best juicer comparison videos you have made John, and I love all the demonstrations! Thank you so much for videos and your attention to details such as warranties, pulp, and fruit and vegetable varieties. I can't wait to get the Omega VRT350HD after reviewing this and other videos to help with my decision. It's almost like buying a car....well almost.

  • Only REAL men drink straight green juice!!!

  • I have an omega, its my first juicer and its great. I juiced spinach and carrots last night ^.^

  • Wow!!! Your videos are all I need to make an educated choice, thank you SO MUCH!

  • Thanks - great comparison. I would have liked to see the clean-up comparison too.

  • The Omega VRT is a thousand times easier to clean.

  • Super love this guys demo, I will buy OMEGA 350HD tomorrow.lol

  • I'm on a tight budget. What's the best value juicer for under $150? Thanks for any suggestion.

  • Hello Rawfoods,

I am looking to replace my Champion and there are a few things that are very important to me.

    1. I want to juice up to a half gallon without taking it apart and cleaning (my champion can only do a quart tops without needing to be de-clogged)

    2. Juice greens well with little foaming, low speed

    4. I love the concentration of the Champion juice. It's potent and full flavored. The Breville spinning juicer my sister has produces a thin and watery juice. Which I don't like.

    Few ideas?

  • @litestreamer

NO YOU CANT i have the breville for a year and would not really recomend it. it starts to develop tiny rust spots on the juicer and tiny rust spots on the where he took out the mesh that grinds the stuff up. cant use wheat grass on it I almost destroyed it by doing that! sucks on greens, your wasting your money if you do it on greens. for the price of this thing it should be a better product but its not. if you get it buy a second screen cause that crap is hard to clean.
