Looking For My Fight (A Joe Jonas Love Story) Chapter 4

Joe's POV

Me-"What do you mean she's missing?!"

Felicia-"The last time I saw her was three months ago. We were walking home and when I had to go my way to Sunlight Avenue and she walked to Howard Street. When I didn't see her at the coffee shop the next day I called her parents and they said that they found a note from her saying that she had spent the night at my house. Me and her parents went to the police station that day and they said they would look for her."

Tristin-"And they haven't found her yet?"
Felicia-"No, they're doing absolutley nothing."
Me-"Haven't they told you anything?"
Felicia-"No."

Tristin-"Why didn't you tell me?"
Felicia-"Because I knew you would tell Joe."
Me-"I'm standing right here."
Felicia-"I didn't mean it like that. What I meant was I knew that if he told you then you would feel like it's your fault."

Me-"It might be."
Felicia-"Joe it's not."
Me-"Prove it!"
Felicia-"I can't."
Tristin-"Why don't we all just go to the station now and try and to talk to them."

Felicia-"I kinda can't."
Me-"Why?"
Felicia-"Well you see I was getting really frustrated with them today and they banned me from the station."
Tristin-"You got banned from the police station?"
Felicia-"Yeah."
Me-"Why? Just for being frustrated?"
Felicia-"I might have thrown a few punches."

I looked at her with disbelief. I knew Felicia was tough but I had never seen her actually hit someone.

Felicia-"And I might have knocked a few of the officers out."
Me-"How many?"
Felicia-"Oh just one, two, maybe seven."
Tristin-"That's my girl."

Me-"Okay so if the police won't do anything, what do you need with me?"

Felicia-"The police might not do anything about it but I know you will. No one loves Rebecca more than you."

Me-"So?"
Felicia-"So, if the police won't do anything then I'm going to go look for Rebecca myself. I need your help, both of you."
Tristin-"Why me too."
Felicia-"Your both strong and smart."

Me-"I can't."
Felicia-"What do you mean you can't?"
Me-"I just can't go out."

She stood up and walked over to me.

Felicia-"Hmmm, if only there were some opening in the wall to let you leave your house and go find her."

She looked up at the door and pretended to be shocked.

Felicia-"When did you guys get this?"

She ran over to it and opened it. Then turned around and started clapping.

Felicia-"Joe your free!"
Me-"Felicia..."

Felicia-"Look Joe whether you like it or not your involved in this. Rebecca is somewhere scared, hurt and alone. She needs you and only you. Not me, not Tristin or her parents, you. You love her and you still love her and I know you want to go out there, find her and make sure she's alright. Go pack."

As much as I hated to admit it Felicia was right. Tristin helped me pack up in my room.

Me-"Dude does she scare you like that all the time?"
Tristin-"Hey it's cute.............and yes."
