hey denny. im almost 16 and been wanting to join the Royal Marine Commando's for about 3 years. Im thinking of joining up at about 17 and have started boxing as i enjoy it a lot but also because of the fitness aspect which is obviously VERY important for the Royal Marines. But the main reason im leaving this comment is because i was hoping you would be able to give me some workouts for getting to tip top shape for the PRMC, plus were both Scottish :)
