Created by ear using MODplug Tracker.
For all intents and purposes, this is an 8-Bit NES recreation of Raining Blood. However, for the purists out there, this is more like a tribute to the NES 8-Bit sound.
In order to sound as authentic as I could, I am using actual square and triangle wave samples I constructed using actual NES music, and the drum samples are actually 1bit DPCM samples (this is what the NES used). I also created the song following strict limitations that allow the song to sound as if it were an NES song.
1. The Triangle wave has only two volumes: ON and OFF
2. The 2 Square waves only have 16 levels of volume
3. No Kick, Snare, or Tom sample ever play at the same time
After all that, if you are still with me, you may enjoy my entire album of original NES Thrash\Death Metal.

A shame that the GXSCC version always gets more views. I appreciate the effort you put into this.
