WHat?! Running a discrete video card turns off any integrated gpu. 2nd. his I7 doesn't have and integrated gpu so how is it running 3?

I used to have q9450,and it was bottlenecking my single EVGA GTX 460 SE,enough that when i upgraded my cpu,ram,mobo,but kept the same video card,and in alot of my games i got almost double the fps lol.

@TheFataLProduction he already has it overclocked to 3.6 Lol... the I7 has integrated graphics that boost performance... this doesn't really prove much except integrated CPUs perform in games better because its essentially 3 GPUs.

try to do OC on q6600 then u wont see diference with good cooling u can go up to 3.6ghz then compare to I7

2.6ghz cpu on 775 vs 2.8ghz on 1366....
That isnt fair.
Try the Q9550 vs i7 930.
If we go old and new the Q9550 is still kicking i7 930 knees. Its like if i said "i7 2600K vs i7 930" of course its gonna out perform it.....

hmm i dont get it, i also have a q6600(G0) oc'ed to 3.6 on a striker extreme 680i running with 2x gtx 280 in sli and im not getting the same fps as ur q6600 at all.Your starting at 75fps and then going up to 100. Mine starts at 46 and goes up to 66 max. Any clues?
