Only 389 views? Only my comment? The laws making marijuana use are absurd, for there's nothing in the Constitution authorizing government to determine what one places into his/her body. Making substances "illegal" creates huge black markets. Many syndicates have made countless Billions distributing controlled substances, as well as the Law Enforcement personnel employed to intervene in such industries. Courts would be out of clients. Lawyers out of customers if drugs were decriminalized.
