I think usually when a company goes under, the houses get bought up by another potential seller who finishes the homes and puts them on the market. To destroy a half built neighborhood and community just seems like a gross waist of money. still 9000 houses to go! 1.2 million dollars would be peanuts out of that bailout found. you can't convince me that 9000 houses had to be destroyed. Where's the breakdown for that bailout money anyway? oh yeah we can't see it.
