@SimplyAtteTV Hi, I m not sure and have emailed Carlos Alvarez Builder to get a definite answer for you. Over the years and based on my 10 years of appraising the St Jude Dream Home, the lot has been donated by Billwood Smith, so it would be in a development he is involved in. Bill
