amen. we definitely need a revival. and perhaps even persecution to filter out the dross. but i don't know if we'll ever have regrets when we get to heaven for we'll be with Christ for eternity. in Christ we'll have only joy and worship and it says that He'll wipe our tears from our eyes and there will be no more sorrow. trust God for He is sovereign but let's be faitful in doing well for His glory.
Why would it be common sense to avoid or defer paradise? If you're saved, shouldn't death be the best thing ever? Shouldn't you be hoping every day that loved ones die or the world is destroyed? I'm getting mixed messages. Given the way Christians run away from death, you'd think they believed they were headed for Hell. & didn't you just say that God needed Matt to have more time on Earth? If God needs Matt, then Matt can't die, right? Do you only have faith when it's convenient
@MetalcoreChristian77 Well, I was praying for a rash to go away. It did. Then I looked over and saw my book about Norse mythology. I picked it up and read it. It said that Odin heals rashes. So I believed. Although we don't know who wrote it and whether they're telling the truth, I don't care. It's true, because it says it's true. I feel it in my heart. I KNOW it in my soul.
What does God need w/ Matt Slick? If the entire divine plan depends upon Matt Slick not dying, that's a pretty flimsy house of cards. If God wants him to live, shouldn't that be God's decision, not Matt's. & if Matt Slick's survival is necessary for God's plan, then shouldn't God be capable of performing as many miracles as necessary to keep him alive? It seems he's just hedging his bets. He doesn't seem to have enough faith in God's plan & is taking matters into his own hands.
Do not waste your life with religious garbage.

Revival starts with YOU.

How long would it take for you to stop caring about the ones you think are in hell? Oh yeah. You don't actually believe that. It's just a pose.

@derhammerman Cool. How did you come to believe in Odin?

@MetalcoreChristian77 Sure. Why not? "Gotta have faith in something" as a lot of Christians tell me.
