i dont know if any of u tastawosoo indehone there was contreversy surrounding this song.. they almost bann it frome anyone playing this song or selling it..... and as any other of his song people are changing the words to like echette belaw instade of eshet belaw and some other funny words i dont remeber

I have heard he is from Arsi, Assala. In case you don't know, Arsi is a south-east neighbor of Shoa, a few hours of drive from Addis.

One of the greatest song of all times. It came out in 1984 GC or 1977 EC during the infamous Ethiopian famine that claimed the lives of 4 million Ethiopians.

I was so disappointed with his new release of his old classics, no justice done there....Ayaya is the only song worth checking in there, thanks to Yohannes Tona's production.
