The video shows the defecation practices of villages in rural Myanmar and links with how this practice makes water contaminated especially in the cases of open defecation around water sources like streams. The health worker, a female nurse, is giving health messages on the importance of drinking clean water, treatment of water, sanitary latrine , diarrhea and initial treatment of diarrhea like use of oral rehydration salt.

The movie concludes with all villages understands the messages and collectively construct a sanitary latrine in the compound.
